Today was training and safety certification day for my summer job as a kayak tour guide! It was really a lot of fun... but that's not a big surprise considering I got to be outside on (and in) the water on a beautiful Florida day. I'm tan (well... tan for me) and I have a feeling my back is going to be a bit sore tomorrow, but I love it! :)
After a a few hours on the water, we packed up and had some delicious food while taking a short test on "the product," which is the Indian River Lagoon and Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. The person that got the most right won $20. Guess who won? ME! YAY!! haha.
So now I'm sunkissed, happy, and $20 richer. Life is good.

I've lived in FL for almost 20 years...I'm just moving to a different city. The "lagoon" i talked about in my last post is actually Mosquito Lagoon (Indian River lagoon)...I grew up in Titusville and my parents still live there.
